Did you hop on the Pokémon Go bandwagon in 2016? If you were one of the lucky businesses that had a pokéstop within spinning distance from your front door then you would have been mad not to.

One game, Pokémon: Let’s Go, has helped spark renewed interest in the real-world AR adventure. The game, rumoured to be a remastered version of the original Pokémon game, integrates with Pokémon Go. Many Pokémon fans that are looking forward to the new game (released in November) are returning to Pokémon Go in preparation.

There is a deep connection between Pokémon GO and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! For one thing, Pokémon originally discovered in the Kanto region that you have caught in Pokémon GO can be brought into these two new Nintendo Switch games.
